EHR Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to the Revenue Cycle Management team and resolve claim and remittance technical issues
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing billing discrepancies and production problems
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of enhancements to the EHR system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum two years' experience with myAvatar, Sigmund, AURA, SmartCare, or another EHR system preferred
• Understanding of billing concepts and CMS regulations, including 837i/837p
• Knowledge of claim remittance codes and service codes
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management preferred
• Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills
