EHR Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Revenue Cycle Management team and resolve claim and remittance issues
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and optimization of the EHR billing system
• Maintain accurate records of billing changes and ensure high customer satisfaction with end users

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience with myAvatar, Sigmund, AURA, SmartCare, or another EHR system preferred
• Ability to understand and interpret billing concepts and regulations
• Knowledge of claim remittance and service codes
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management preferred
• Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills
