EHR Clinical Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Clinical Solutions Analyst (Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE)) to manage complex software applications and enhance clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently solve complex technical issues and mentor other technical staff
• Prepare detailed specifications for clinical solutions and manage project-related duties
• Consult with customers to analyze and resolve application issues and improve clinical application functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in clinical applications analysis and programming of complex systems
• Knowledge of system adoption strategies and clinical workflows
• Preferred: Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) Certification or accreditation
