A company is looking for an EHR Communications Consultant to support a major electronic health record implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a communications plan for all phases of EHR go-live
- Create targeted internal and patient-facing communications across various channels
- Track communication effectiveness and support post-go-live communications planning
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of healthcare communications experience
- Experience with at least 2 full-cycle EHR implementations
- Proven experience in creating change management and patient-facing communications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Writing samples or portfolio may be requested
