A company is looking for an EHR Change Communications Consultant to support a major electronic health record implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a communications plan for all phases of EHR go-live
• Create targeted internal and patient-facing communications across various channels
• Track communication effectiveness and provide updates on progress and stakeholder sentiment

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of healthcare communications experience
• Experience supporting at least 2 full-cycle EHR implementations
• Proven experience in creating internal and patient-facing communications during EHR transitions
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
