EHR Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure successful software deployment, the full-time EHR Configuration Specialist will execute technical and configuration requirements while collaborating with the Implementation Project Manager in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Install and configure Office Practicum software and related services on client devices, ensuring all technical services are functional prior to go-live
• Manage client expectations and provide implementation support, tracking configuration tasks to meet project timelines and deliverables
• Update customer case details in Salesforce and facilitate communication with technical teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 2 years of experience with EHR software configuration, including user account creation and clearinghouse connections
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and practice management processes
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and basic SQL; familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and deliver excellent customer service
