Job Summary
Seeking an EHR Helpdesk Analyst for a full-time remote position, the candidate will support Epic and healthcare IT systems by troubleshooting technical issues, managing ServiceNow tickets, and providing remote assistance to end users during 1st shift hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Epic applications and healthcare IT systems
- Manage ServiceNow tickets and handle account access requests
- Provide remote support for end users in a clinical environment
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of Epic or EHR support experience in healthcare environments
- Experience with ServiceNow or enterprise ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, or other EHR platforms
- Experience with account provisioning, password resets, and remote desktop support
