EHR Implementation Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading the enterprise-wide implementation of eClinicalWorks, the remote EHR Implementation Project Manager will manage the complete implementation lifecycle, including project planning, data migration, system integrations, and training for a large, multi-site physician-practice organization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of eClinicalWorks, including project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Coordinate data conversion and validation, and partner with technical teams for system integrations and testing
- Establish training programs and monitor user readiness and adoption metrics before and after go-live
Required qualifications
- Minimum five years of healthcare technology implementation experience
- At least three years of experience leading EHR implementation projects
- Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks in ambulatory-care or physician-practice environments
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient-care operations
- Proficiency with project-management tools such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Project
