EHR Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Product Owner, Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end RCM platform roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on financial and operational impact
• Design and optimize end-to-end RCM workflows and ensure vendor features are integrated into business processes
• Define reporting requirements and KPI dashboards for RCM performance and integrate AI for automation where possible

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in healthcare technology with experience in medical billing and/or Revenue Cycle Management operations
• Strong understanding of the claims lifecycle, coding (ICD-10/CPT), and payer connectivity (ANSI X12 / EDI standards)
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience with EHR/PM products that support eligibility verification, claims submission, and payment posting
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR
