EHR Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Specialist for Altera Sunrise and Paragon.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal subject matter expert for the Altera Sunrise and Paragon EHR systems
• Act as the point person for questions regarding EHR capabilities and guide stakeholders on system limitations and workflows
• Participate in projects related to EHR systems, including requirement documentation, upgrade planning, and contract-related tasks

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Altera Sunrise and/or Paragon EHR systems
• Technical background with an understanding of EHR architecture and data models
• Experience supporting clinical workflows or working in clinical informatics is a strong plus
• Familiarity with healthcare IT project lifecycles and system change management
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
