Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Support Analyst to assist in the efficient use of an electronic health records platform across physician practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline and intermediate-level support for athenaOne users, addressing access, workflow, and configuration challenges
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues by managing support requests and documenting solutions
  • Build, maintain, and update administrative tables and provider configurations to support clinical operations
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least two years of hands-on experience with the athenaOne EHR platform in a clinical or practice setting
  • Ability to create and manage administrative tables and provider configurations within the system
  • Background supporting clinical workflows rather than billing-focused functions
  • Experience in EHR support, clinical systems support, or physician office management using athenaOne
  • Customer-focused approach with strong documentation skills
