EHR Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, EHR Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for physician practices using the athenaOne EHR system
• Manage and resolve support tickets within established service-level timelines
• Analyze issues to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of EHR support experience, preferably with athenaOne
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets
• Understanding of clinical and administrative workflows preferred
• Experience in healthcare or primary care practice operations preferred
