EHR Training and Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Training & Support Specialist to provide application support for physician practices using the athena Electronic Health Record platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver software support and training to physician practices, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
• Manage and prioritize the support queue for effective responses
• Plan and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision while developing subject matter expertise in athenaClinicals and athenaCommunicator

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant discipline preferred, or equivalent experience
• At least two years of athenaClinicals training or support experience
• Solid understanding of EHRs and medical office workflow
• Direct experience using an EHR in a primary care medical office setting is desired
• Proven ability to work autonomously from a home office setting
