EHR Training Program Manager

Job Summary

To ensure successful adoption and optimization of electronic health records, the full-time EHR Training Program Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive training initiatives for clinical and administrative users, collaborating with various stakeholders and delivering both virtual and in-person instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive EHR training program tailored for different user roles
• Create and maintain instructional materials that align with organizational workflows and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve methods based on user feedback and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training on eClinicalWorks or Athena in a healthcare setting
• Proven experience in designing and delivering clinical and administrative training programs
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Familiarity with ambulatory clinical workflows and revenue cycle operations
• Proficient in learning management systems and training tools, with UKG experience preferred
