EHR Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Training Specialist to support the USCG contract remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement EHR system curriculums based on position-specific workflows
• Collect data from customer satisfaction surveys to evaluate and improve course effectiveness
• Deliver content for instructor-led training and optimization sessions in accordance with enterprise standards

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Instructional Technology with 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of five years' experience in supporting computer information systems training
• Minimum of two years' experience training personnel on Cerner Millennium Electronic Health Record Software
• Cerner Millennium training certification
• Experience developing instructor-led and/or eLearning content
