EHR Training Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the USCG contract remotely, the full-time Electronic Health Record (EHR) Training Specialist will manage and implement EHR system curriculums, deliver instructor-led training, and evaluate course effectiveness to enhance user engagement with MHS GENESIS and its integrated applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement EHR system curriculums based on position-specific workflows
• Deliver content for instructor-led training and optimization sessions in accordance with enterprise standards
• Evaluate training effectiveness and utilize feedback to improve instructional materials

Required qualifications

• BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Instructional Technology with 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of five years' experience in supporting computer information systems training and delivering classroom instruction
• At least two years' experience training personnel on Cerner Millennium Electronic Health Record Software
• Cerner Millennium training certification
• Experience developing instructor-led training (ILT) and/or eLearning content
