EHRM Operations Support Analyst
Job Summary
To support a project with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote EHRM Operations Support Analyst will provide operational support for EHRM integration services, monitor HL7 interfaces, troubleshoot production issues, and assist with site go-lives and release activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor HL7 message dashboards to identify and resolve interface issues
- Support production troubleshooting calls and assist with log-level analysis
- Participate in Interface System Testing sessions and support EHRM site go-lives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in production support or healthcare data integrations
- Working knowledge of HL7 messaging and healthcare integration workflows
- Experience with Mirth Connect, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms
- Experience supporting Oracle Health/Cerner EHRM implementations
