EHRM Senior Consultant
Job Summary
To support Electronic Health Record Modernization efforts, the full-time EHRM Senior Consultant will manage project activities, coordinate evaluation processes, and develop training materials while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead evaluation and data-driven decision-making activities, defining success measures and tracking performance
- Serve as project manager for assigned workstreams, ensuring team alignment and driving execution to completion
- Plan and execute work within a scaled Agile cadence, maintaining backlog health and managing dependencies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience, preferably with federal clients or in EHRM
- SAFe Agile certification strongly preferred
- ProSci Certified
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive deliverables
