Job Summary
Providing vision and oversight for the Global EHS auditing program, the full-time Associate Director, Global EHS Audit and Knowledge Management will manage various audit types, develop global EHS training, and ensure compliance through effective documentation and reporting, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the Global EHS auditing program, including comprehensive compliance audits and management system audits
- Identify key risks, plan audits accordingly, and summarize compliance status for management
- Develop and implement global EHS training programs that align with organizational procedures and promote understanding of EHS concepts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an EHS-related field or Engineering, with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience with EHS management systems and analytical tools to detect compliance risks
- Proven ability in EHS management and training design and delivery
- Extensive knowledge of auditing principles and practices
- Global experience in EHS-related roles is preferred
