EHS Lead Specialist

Job Summary

Leading EHS initiatives remotely, the full-time EHS Lead Specialist will create, implement, and maintain strategies for EHS compliance at the O&M site, conduct audits, and analyze data to enhance safety performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily EHS operations and collaborate with partners, clients, and regulatory agencies
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for government inspections to ensure compliance with EHS policies
• Analyze metrics and recommend improvements to enhance safety performance and reduce risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma from an accredited institution, with a postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Safety
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading EHS projects, particularly in power plant operations
• Proficiency in English and ability to work at the Jhajjar O&M Site
• Professional certification in EHS fields such as CSP or CIH is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations
