Job Summary
To enhance safety systems across multiple sites, the full-time remote EHS Manager will evaluate and improve safety processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a strong safety culture while collaborating with site EHS leads and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Execute Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations
- Lead incident investigations and facilitate safety inspections, risk assessments, and workplace audits
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and leadership
Required qualifications
- A degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant professional certifications (CSP, ASP, CIH, CHMM)
- 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or high-tech industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements
- Experience developing and implementing EHS programs and compliance initiatives
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
