Job Summary

Responsible for providing day-to-day EHS support for site activities, the full-time Lead Specialist Operational EHS - Services and Projects will ensure compliance with EHS procedures, manage consortium projects, and conduct training for employees and contractors in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure EHS procedures are applied during site activities and manage the implementation of EHS standards and programs
• Conduct continuous inspections of site areas, addressing unsafe acts and conditions, and lead inspections with consortium partners
• Support compliance with the Project Specific EHS Plan and assist in the implementation of EHS training programs

Required qualifications

• DOSH Green Book Holder with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering and further training in Health & Safety Management
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction safety and health audits
• Experience managing EHS requirements in consortium projects
• Strong knowledge of EHS reporting and compliance standards
• Preferred local Sarawak nationals
