EHS Product Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote EHS Product Manager, the successful candidate will own and prioritize product work, drive product delivery, and champion customer and business needs within the Chemical & Workplace Safety team, leveraging their expertise in EHS and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a prioritized product backlog reflecting customer needs and business goals
• Partner with Engineering and Scrum teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and support post-launch improvements
• Conduct customer research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in EHS, chemical safety, hazardous materials, or regulatory compliance
• Strong business judgment with the ability to prioritize based on customer value
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes across various teams
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical product solutions
• Interest in growing within a product-focused role
