EIT Certified Refrigeration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Refrigeration Engineer to lead complex supermarket and grocery projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead small client teams and projects through all phases of project delivery
• Design DX and transcritical CO2 refrigeration systems, including layouts and energy calculations
• Produce and coordinate construction documents in Revit, collaborating with architects and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with 4-7 years of commercial refrigeration design experience
• Strong understanding of retail or grocery design programs, building codes, and A/E documentation standards
• Working knowledge of DX refrigeration systems and familiarity with transcritical CO2 systems
• Proficiency in Revit is required
• EIT certification is required (PE license preferred)
