EIT Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EIT Operations Team Lead for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the team focusing on system monitoring, request fulfillment, and process optimization
• Provide staff management oversight, including hiring, promoting, and conducting performance reviews
• Participate in project teams, manage team-level project details, and provide leadership during transitions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in Information Technology or applicable industry experience
• Knowledge of IT concepts, methodology, terminology, and standards
• Ability to adapt in a high pace and changing environment
• Prior experience working with Medical or Dental configuration
