Job Summary

A company is looking for an EIT Engineering Team Lead - Reporting for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages day-to-day operations of a team focusing on system maintenance and development
Assigns, monitors, and reviews work progress, provides staff management oversight, and conducts performance reviews
Directs, motivates, and develops staff, ensures adherence to policies, plans, and budgets, and tracks team-level project details

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in information technology concepts, application development, and systems maintenance
3 years of expert working knowledge in programming and enterprise systems
Subject Matter Expertise in enterprise IT systems and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a high-paced environment, adjust schedule for maintenance, and be part of an on-call rotation
