A company is looking for an Elasticsearch Specialist to manage and optimize their search functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Elasticsearch instance for high performance and reliability
• Leverage Elasticsearch's AI/ML capabilities to integrate large language models and AI agents
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop real estate search and recommendation features

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Elasticsearch, including configuration, querying, and optimization
• Strong background in AI/ML with experience in Elasticsearch's advanced capabilities
• Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with skills in infrastructure reliability and DevOps practices
• Solid experience with Ruby on Rails development is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
