Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interactive eLearning Architect to create engaging online courses for asynchronous learning models.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learner-centered online courses and materials in various modalities
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to analyze, design, and implement learning materials
• Ensures course objectives align with institutional and industry standards while producing final courses in the LMS

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building online and instructor-led courses
• Preferred 1+ years of experience in higher education
• Experience with asynchronous online course development and familiarity with D2L Brightspace
• Knowledge of online learning principles, andragogy, and accessibility standards
