eLearning Content Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing educational platform, the full-time remote eLearning Content Developer will design, produce, and maintain engaging eLearning content while collaborating with cross-functional teams to simplify complex technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce new eLearning content, including videos, self-paced courses, and interactive labs
• Regularly audit and update the existing learning library to reflect the latest product changes
• Leverage generative AI tools to optimize the content development lifecycle and enhance production speed

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience developing technical software training content for enterprise B2B SaaS platforms
• Foundational understanding of data structures, cloud platforms, and data security/privacy fundamentals
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and digital media software
• Proven experience integrating generative AI tools into the content development process
• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
