eLearning Contractor

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time contract basis, the eLearning Contractor will create interactive eLearning modules and content focused on professional development and educator support while collaborating with subject matter experts to design engaging learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create highly interactive multimedia learning content following direction from subject matter experts
• Support the design of effective online educational content for professional audiences in collaboration with the eLearning Manager
• Incorporate user feedback to enhance and adapt eLearning content regularly

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university, preferably in instructional design
• 1-3+ years of experience creating SCORM-compliant eLearning material in a professional context
• Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adapt
• Understanding of adult learning and engagement best practices
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with learning management systems
