Job Summary

A company is looking for an eLearning Courseware Development Specialist to join their Professional Services team supporting a Department of Defense customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team to develop engaging, interactive, SCORM-compliant eLearning courseware
  • Provide technical assistance for updating and modifying existing courses and ensure proper operation of learning content
  • Co-create eLearning strategies and collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in instructional technology, graphic design, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in the ISD process
  • Experience with various delivery platforms including mobile, social media, web-based, and desktop
  • Proficiency in course development software such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate, and Learning Content Management Systems
  • Visual design skills using tools like Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience with SCORM packaging and Section 508 compliance
