Job Summary
A company is looking for an eLearning Courseware Development Specialist to join their Professional Services team supporting a Department of Defense customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team to develop engaging, interactive, SCORM-compliant eLearning courseware
- Provide technical assistance for updating and modifying existing courses and ensure proper operation of learning content
- Co-create eLearning strategies and collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in instructional technology, graphic design, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in the ISD process
- Experience with various delivery platforms including mobile, social media, web-based, and desktop
- Proficiency in course development software such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate, and Learning Content Management Systems
- Visual design skills using tools like Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with SCORM packaging and Section 508 compliance
