Job Summary

Owning the course production process, the full-time remote eLearning Designer will transform product documentation into visually engaging, interactive courses while collaborating with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end course production, including writing scripts, storyboarding, designing visuals, and publishing in WorkRamp
• Create interactive elements and assessments that align with learning objectives and enhance the learner experience
• Establish a visual design language for course content and ensure quality assurance in the LMS before publication

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing eLearning courses, with a strong portfolio showcasing production quality and visual design
• Hands-on experience in audit, advisory, or accounting, preferably as a practitioner or L&D specialist
• Proficiency in major authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Adobe Captivate
• Strong visual design skills and the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts
• Experience in building learning content for B2B SaaS or technical products is a plus
