eLearning Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an eLearning Developer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging training materials using the ADDIE Model and multimedia principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create eLearning courses and ensure compliance with branding guidelines
• Conduct testing of eLearning products and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, or related field with three or more years of eLearning development experience, or six years of experience without a degree
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Experience developing 508-compliant eLearning courseware
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and project tracking tools
