eLearning Developer

Job Summary

eLearning Developer, a remote contract position, is responsible for creating end-to-end training solutions, including storyboards, role-based training, and multimedia learning assets to support global corporate training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop storyboards and training concepts based on SME input and system functionality
• Design and deliver role-based training programs for diverse global end user groups
• Create multimedia training content to support awareness and adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent global corporate enterprise experience, preferably in the technology industry
• Experience with global corporate enterprise-wide training rollouts
• Proficiency with major authoring or media toolsets (e.g., Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Proven experience in end-to-end instructional design and eLearning development
• Hands-on experience supporting technology implementations and system rollouts
