eLearning Developer
Job Summary
To support the development of engaging digital learning experiences, the fully remote eLearning Developer will lead web-based course development, create interactive modules using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, and assist in maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Code interactive, responsive web-based learning modules and custom LMS pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Produce custom graphics and multimedia assets while adhering to corporate brand standards
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to enhance course scripts into interactive learning experiences grounded in adult learning theory
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in front-end web development and eLearning development
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with knowledge of API connections and AWS hosting
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise LMS environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing custom graphics, UI/UX layouts, and multimedia editing skills
- Foundational knowledge of adult learning theory and complex interactivity design
