eLearning Development Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the design and delivery of learning solutions in a full-time capacity, the eLearning Development Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, publish courses on the LMS, and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials aligned with business objectives using instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Create interactive, scenario-based content and assessments in partnership with SMEs across the organization
• Manage multiple concurrent People Development projects, ensuring timely implementation of training priorities and quality assurance of courses on the LMS

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years of experience in developing and delivering training content, with expertise in Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Strong ability to structure material and design engaging learning experiences based on instructional design principles
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex content into clear learning experiences
• Familiarity with LMS and authoring tool integration, ideally with experience in Cornerstone or similar systems
