eLearning QA Specialist
Job Summary
To support high-quality learning initiatives, the eLearning QA Specialist will perform quality assurance reviews, make direct edits to learning assets, and ensure accessibility and branding standards are met, all while working remotely on an on-demand basis.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance reviews of eLearning and instructor-led training materials for functionality, accuracy, and accessibility
- Make direct edits within Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and log bugs in Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues while maintaining project timelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Education, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Minimum of three years of relevant quality assurance experience in eLearning QA/testing or related fields
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of digital accessibility principles and experience in reviewing learning assets for accessibility
