Job Summary

A company is looking for an eLearning Specialist to provide training support services for the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver course support for virtual and instructor-led training, including preparing materials and conducting orientations
• Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance reporting, student correspondence, and curriculum quality control
• Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance educational materials and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
• 4+ years of experience in project delivery and/or educational support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Tools Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to navigate tasks with limited supervision and maintain performance in dynamic environments
• Eligibility to obtain a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance (NACI background investigation)
