Job Summary

A company is looking for an eLearning Specialist - Learning Technologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement customized e-learning solutions that effectively support instructional goals
• Translate instructional concepts into engaging multimedia experiences, including graphics, animations, audio, and video
• Consult on media selection and instructional methods that align with learner profiles, learning objectives, and program requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of five years of experience, or a master's degree with at least two years of experience, in e-learning course development
• Demonstrated proficiency with course authoring tools, graphics, animation, and audio editing software
• Strong experience developing courses and instructional animations that require custom code development, complex web applications, and/or advanced graphics programming
• In-depth understanding of designing, producing, and editing media that maintains a high level of learner engagement
• Advanced proficiency with photo, graphics, and audio editing tools
