eLearning Specialist

Job Summary

To support the design and delivery of learning solutions that drive business performance, the full-time eLearning Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, publish courses on the LMS, and contribute to broader People Development projects in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials aligned with business objectives using instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Create interactive, scenario-based content and assessments in partnership with subject matter experts
• Manage multiple People Development projects, ensuring timely implementation of training priorities and evaluating training effectiveness for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years of experience in developing and delivering training content, with expertise in Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Strong ability to structure material and design interactive content grounded in instructional design principles
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex content into engaging learning experiences
• Familiarity with LMS and authoring tool integration, ideally with experience in Cornerstone or similar systems
