eLearning Specialist

Job Summary

To support the design and delivery of learning solutions, the full-time eLearning Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, publish courses on the LMS, and manage multiple People Development projects in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials aligned with business objectives using instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Create interactive, scenario-based content and assessments in partnership with subject matter experts
• Publish and maintain courses on Cornerstone LMS, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years of experience in developing and delivering training content, with expertise in Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Strong ability to structure material and design interactive content based on instructional design principles
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex content into engaging learning experiences
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry is a strong plus
