eLearning Specialist

Job Summary

To support the design and delivery of learning solutions that enhance business performance, the full-time eLearning Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts, create engaging training materials, publish courses on the LMS, and contribute to various People Development projects in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials aligned with business objectives using instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Create interactive, scenario-based content and assessments in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Publish and maintain courses on Cornerstone LMS, ensuring quality, accessibility, and alignment with brand standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years of experience in developing and delivering training content, with expertise in Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Strong ability to structure material and design interactive content grounded in instructional design principles
• Demonstrated capability to translate complex content into engaging learning experiences
• Flexibility, self-direction, and strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
