eLearning Specialist

Job Summary

To support the design and delivery of learning solutions in an international environment, the full-time eLearning Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts, create and update training materials, publish courses on the LMS, and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials aligned with business objectives using instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Create interactive, scenario-based content and assessments in partnership with SMEs across the organization
• Publish and maintain courses on Cornerstone LMS, ensuring quality, accessibility, and alignment with brand standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years of experience in developing and delivering training content, with expertise in Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Strong ability to structure material and design interactive content grounded in instructional design principles
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex content into engaging learning experiences
• Familiarity with LMS and authoring tool integration, ideally with experience in Cornerstone
