eLearning Specialist

Job Summary

To support the design and delivery of learning solutions that enhance business performance, the full-time eLearning Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, publish courses on the LMS, and contribute to various People Development projects in a dynamic and international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials aligned with business objectives using instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Create interactive, scenario-based content and assessments in partnership with subject matter experts across the organization
• Manage multiple People Development projects, ensuring timely implementation of training priorities while gathering feedback to improve programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years of experience in developing and delivering training content, with expertise in Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Excellent English proficiency and experience working in an international, cross-cultural environment
• Strong skills in structuring material, writing scripts, and designing interactive content based on instructional design principles
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex content into engaging learning experiences
