eLearning Specialist

Job Summary

To support the design and delivery of learning solutions that enhance business performance, the full-time eLearning Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts, create and update training materials, publish courses on the LMS, and contribute to various People Development projects in a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials aligned with business objectives using instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Create interactive, scenario-based content and assessments in partnership with SMEs across the organization
• Publish and maintain courses on Cornerstone LMS, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards and learner experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years of experience in developing and delivering training content, with expertise in Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Excellent English proficiency and experience working in an international, cross-cultural environment
• Strong ability to structure material and design engaging learning experiences based on instructional design principles
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex content from SMEs into clear, interactive learning materials
