Job Summary
Leading the creation of interactive, technology-driven distance learning experiences, the full-time eLearning Specialist will convert complex ideas into captivating digital modules for the FDA workforce, working remotely with periodic on-site presence in Silver Spring, MD.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize authoring systems, video, and simulations to develop dynamic e-learning modules
- Evaluate partially completed courses and recommend enhancements for high-impact learning assets
- Build digital solutions with a focus on user accessibility and LMS integration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with Instructional Design & Technology Certification or Online Learning Professional Certification (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in online course development and multimedia production
- Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Experience with SCORM/AICC compliance and integrating content into federal LMS platforms
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability clearance
