Electrical Associate Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Associate Manager, Electrical will ensure technical excellence and project success while collaborating with architects and designers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the Electrical team to ensure project completion and adherence to quality standards
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes while managing project deadlines
• Promote collaboration among stakeholders within an integrated team of architects, designers, and engineers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred but not required
• Experience managing teams designing electrical systems for buildings
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with projects in restaurant, grocery, retail, or healthcare sectors is helpful
