Electrical BIM Designer

Job Summary

Thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment, the full-time Electrical BIM Designer will manage and maintain Revit BIM models, create fully coordinated 3D models, and develop 2D construction drawings for clients in the Data Center market.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and maintain Revit BIM models in coordination with cross-discipline BIM leads and team members
• Create and manage fully coordinated, clash-free 3D models across multiple disciplines using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Translate design intent into high-quality 2D construction drawings and ensure compliance with established BIM standards

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 3+ years of hands-on BIM design experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and the construction industry
• Basic understanding of wiring/cabling connections related to circuits or device links
• Experience using Bluebeam or similar markup software while adhering to client design/modeling standards
