Electrical Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer for a fully remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer medium voltage power generation systems for industrial plant projects
• Develop conceptual layouts, one-line diagrams, protective relay settings, and arc flash assessments
• Prepare equipment specifications, contractor scopes, and oversee procurement including technical bid analysis

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience designing medium voltage power generation and distribution systems in industrial settings
• Demonstrated experience working with Revit
• Knowledge of NEC, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA codes and standards
• Prior experience in consulting engineering or construction industries
• Minimum Bachelor's degree required
