Electrical Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer - Power Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide design engineering services for turnkey projects, ensuring project schedule and budget adherence
• Guide teams in creating complete design packages, including electrical and civil components
• Lead medium/high voltage designs for substations and MV power distribution while mentoring other engineers

Required Qualifications

• BS in engineering with 3-7 years of experience, or AS with 7-10 years, or 10-12 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
• Must reside in specified locations (e.g., AL, GA, TX, FL)
• No immigration sponsorship will be provided for this position
• Field experience in testing/commissioning medium voltage equipment is preferred
